The importance of “humus” (humates) in soil fertility and plant growth was recognized early in the 18th century. The beneficial effects can be grouped according to effects on physical, chemical and microbiological properties of the soil, and effects on the physiological properties of the plant. Humic (humate) materials have been found to greatly promote root initiation in cuttings and a proliferation of root systems through auxin activity. Humic substances are capable of chelating and retaining soil nutrients in an exchangeable form to be made available for plant growth as required. The very high ion exchange capacities of humates bring about better utilization of fertilizers by making nutrients available in the root zones. Bio Hume buffers high and low pH to bring soil into balance.
Bio Hume formulation is a high concentration of Humic Acid, derived from the highest molecular quality humate sources. This high-organic carbon compound stimulates: root system growth, plant growth, organic microbial properties of the soil, and assists with better utilization of fertilizers by making nutrients available in the root zones. Bio Hume also gives beneficial effects to soils, which are low in organic matter. |

APPLICATION: |
|
|
Bio Hume should be applied directly to the soil any time during the growing cycle; foliar applications are also recommended. Soil Application: Apply 10 - 30 liters of Bio Hume per hectare with a minimum of 50 liters of water. For smaller, more intense growing areas, apply at rate of 250ml – 300ml of Bio Hume with 12 - 20 liters of water per 100 sq. meters. Apply with any type spray applicator, or through fertigation system.
Foliar Application: Apply 1 liter of Bio Hume per Acre with a minimum of 150 liters of water. Spray foliage until slightly damp.
Application rate: 1ltr/ Acre, 2.5 ltrs/ Hectare
